All regular adult memberships include access to all CrossFit classes, Yoga, and Open Gym

CROSSFIT

All classes are one hour

Monday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:45am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:45am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am

YOGA*

Sun: 9:30-11:00am

OPEN GYM*

Sun: 11:00am-12:30pm

*Yoga and Open Gym are held pending instructor and coach availability; any cancellations are announced through Wodify and/or our monthly newsletter in advance 


ON-RAMP BEGINNER’S PROGRAM

Small Group Classes: Held on a session basis each month (usually first Tue/Thur of each month at 7:30pm)

Private Training: Scheduled individually based on your/coach availability

Wednesdays, 4:30-5:15pm

CROSSFIT TEENS**

Thursdays, 4:30-5:15pm

**CrossFit Kids and Teens classes are held on a session basis. Drop-ins ($20) are permitted only with advanced notice and if space allows. See our Kids & Teens page for further details and e-mail us to be added to our parent email list for future sessions
