REMINDER! Saturday schedule is as follows: 8:00AM regular WOD, 9:00-10:30AM “18.6” (1 Rep Max Press, Front Squat, Deadlift). Reserve for either class in Wodify. Brunch potluck to follow 18.6, please bring a food or beverage item to share as we celebrate an amazing Open season!


General WOD (8AM)

NOTE: For those who did Friday’s WOD, you may (are encouraged to) sub out the pull-ups for one of these options (or a combination):
-25 DB Floor Press

-50-100 Double-Unders or Single-Unders

CrossFit Games Open “18.6” (9AM)

Everyone starts on Press, then F. Squat, then Deadlift
For each lift: 5 min. coach-led specific activation, then 20 Mins. on the clock for each lift

Congratulations to our very own Cristin Fair, who finished in the top 200 in the Masters Women 60+ division in the 2018 Open! As a result of this finish, she qualifies for the Age Group Online Qualifier that takes place THIS weekend! The top 20 women in her age group after the qualifier will go on to compete at the 2018 CrossFit Games. We are so proud of Cristin, all her hard work has resulted in this wonderful achievement!
