Coach Steve Joins The Team!

We are excited to extend a warm welcome to veteran Coach Steve Maki, who has been part of our community as an athlete for the past year. He is joining us as part-time coach, and you can hope to see him on some evenings and Saturday mornings. Steve has a strong background in gymnastics training, so be sure to hit him up with questions on your progressions for bodyweight movements (e.g., working on your kipping arch and hollow, pull up and muscle-up progressions, and of course handstand work!).

Steve’s bio is included with our other coach bios on our website, but is also pasted below.
