Erin first discovered CrossFit during a deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. She really got hooked when she became a member of her first “box” in Atlanta, GA in 2014. Being a self-professed “book worm” in high school and college, Erin never really considered herself to be an athlete until she dove into to the challenging and constantly varied workouts CrossFit offers. She finds that it is empowering to walk into the gym every day, track your progress, and continually watch your body change and improve. She loves helping others experience the same. Erin enjoys working with athletes of all skill sets and experience levels and encouraging them to grow as athletes. She believes that the only thing more exciting than setting and reaching your own personal records is watching friends smash theirs!
