Laura began CrossFit in 2012 and immediately got hooked. Having been a competitive figure skater and track athlete through college, it gave her an athletic outlet that she had been missing. Laura credits CrossFit for helping her stay healthy during and after pregnancy, and loves the community aspect of it.
Laura began coaching in 2013 so she could share her CrossFit enthusiasm with others. Having experienced first-hand the positive mental and physical changes that come with CrossFit, she was eager to help others enjoy them as well. She enjoys working with all athletes and pushing them so they can reach their full potential.
