REMINDER: 9AM CROSSFIT OPEN 16.1 ONLY, NO 8AM WOD

Gym opens at 8:45AM for warm-up with the Athlete Briefing at 9:10AM; heats will start immediately thereafter. Athletes registered for the Open have first priority in signing up for a heat and lane upon arrival at the gym, non-registered athletes will be accommodated as space and time allow. 

Drop-Ins from Other CrossFit Affiliates: Due to the structure of 16.1, we are only able to accommodate CFIL members for this Open WOD. Please see our Schedule page for more details and contact us in advance if you are interested in joining us for Saturday or Sunday Open Gym.
