Arlene also hit some major pull-up personal records (PRs) last week in completing the Masters Rx division! Who is going to PR on 16.2?!

SATURDAY SCHEDULE REMINDER: Gym opens at 8:45AM for warm-up/mobility on your own, Athletes Briefing at 9:10AM, first heat will start shortly thereafter. Please arrive on time so we can go over the structure and logistics – this will help us run through all the heats as efficiently as possible and get you out before 11:00AM so you can enjoy the rest of your Saturday! Athletes not registered for the Open are again welcome, but may need to be accommodating on their heat based on equipment availability.

*Round 5 – 7 @ 315# / 205#

Time extends by 4-minutes when completing a round. If you complete Round 5, your score is the time you finish.
