Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate. Whether you are trying couch to CrossFit, or are recovering from injury, or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for a triathalon…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, students, government workers, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

Yes, anyone.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming two to three days/week for your first several weeks. If you do other activities in between, great! If you want to build from there up to five days per week, we recommend building in at least two recovery days per week. Yoga on Sunday is a great way to take an active recovery rest day.
What will my first time in your gym be like?

If it’s your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities and give you more information on our classes and On Ramp Program. We’ll ask about your goals, and do a quick fitness assessment with you. Contact us now to get started!
