DROP-INS: Out of town visitors and member guests (experienced CrossFitters only) who would like to drop-in for any WOD or Open Gym time this Thanksgiving weekenmust register online before class (all class times are listed on that page!). Space is limited in classes; to ensure you will have a spot please do not just show up to the gym. Please note on the portal that the registration information and waiver must be filled out under the person’s name who is dropping in.

“Humble Pie”

Alternating EMOM 32′ (8 Rounds) – for total Pull-Ups:

1- Max Strict Pull-Ups
2- 15 Ball Slams (35+/25+)
3- 16/14 Calorie Row
4- REST

Pull-Ups do NOT need to be unbroken, just done within the minute. Count consecutively- score is total number of Pull-Ups completed across the 8 intervals.
