Air Squats
Numbers are total per pair, switch every 5-10 reps
Cash-Out / Cool-Down
Accumulate 2 minutes in L-Sit Hold (parallettes or rings), then:
2 Rounds:
Pec Stretch against rig – 1 min/side
Pigeon Stretch – 1 min/side
