15-20 min Superset: Deadlifts & Hollow Hold. Immediately following each of the 6 working sets of deadlifts, perform a 20-30 second hollow hold. Rest as needed between sets.

Conditioning

5 Burpee Pull-Ups (Rx+: Burpee Muscle-Ups)
