1- 75 Double-Unders
2- 20 Toes to Bar
3- 30 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′ everyone)
Record total reps (max score = 125 per round = 375 Rx). Reduce # reps as needed to make all intervals with at least 20 sec. rest. Some suggestions below — try to stick to same numbers for all 3 sets.
Scaled:
20-50 DUs or 75 Singles
10-15 TTB or 20 Hanging Knee Raises
20 Wall Balls, reduce weight or height
