Scaling:
-Hanging Knee Raises (knees above hips)
-Choose OH Squat weights that you can do mostly or all unbroken so that you can finish all the squats & burpees for each set. It’s OK to keep same weight throughout, or challenge yourself by ascending the weight each of the 4 sets
