
Conditioning
Today we are doing the first part of the first Open workout of last year, 15.1. New to 2015, there are both Rx and Scaled versions, and for our age 55+ crowd, Masters Rx and Masters Scaled options too. Each version has slightly different requirements so make sure you know what the correct movements are. The Scaled version can be scaled further if needed, not to worry!

15 Hanging Knee Raises (Masters: Sit-Ups)
10 Deadlifts (85/55) (Masters: 65/45)
5 Ground to Overhead (85/55) (Masters: 65/45)
