Bodyweight Strength

EMOM 12 minutes (4 rounds through):

Minute 1: 30 seconds of shoot-throughs (paralletes or boxes)
Minute 2: 30 seconds flexed arm hang
Minute 3: 30 seconds wall-facing handstand hold (feet up only as high as you can stay hollow)

Conditioning

7 Pull-Ups
7 Burpees
