With the 2017 Open in the books, our regular Saturday schedule resumes this weekend! In addition to our regular 8AM and 9AM WODs, we will continue to run a 10AM WOD through the month of April. Attendance will determine whether we continue it past that!

1- 6 Parallette Shoot Throughs with Push-Up & Dip (scale down: use boxes, scale up: use KBs)
2- 6 Strict Toes to Bar
3- 10 Back Extensions or Supermans
4- 20-second OH Squat Hold (hold bottom of OH Squat – PVC or empty barbell)
Conditioning Partner WOD
“Twice the Bells, Twice the Fun”
With a partner, alternating every movement, complete as many rounds & reps as possible in 15 minutes:
12 2KB Swings
12 2KB Push Press
12 2KB Front Rack Lunges (in place)
(Partner A does 12 2KB Swings, then Partner B does 12 2KB Push Press, then Partner A does 12 2KB Lunges, etc…)
