Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Snatch (1 complex every 2 mins for 12 mins (6 sets))
Ascend weight as long as form looks good on all movements, record heaviest used
Conditioning
AMRAP 10 minutes:
12 DB Deadlifts (from floor)
9 DB Hang Squat Cleans
6 DB Push Jerks
May use KBs if not enough DBs. Post load to comments
CORE / MOBILITY CASH-OUT (~6 mins):
A) Max Hanging L-Sit Hold on Bar (scale to knees above hips)
B) Banded Shoulder Distraction (1 min/side)
C) T-Spine/Lower Back smash with foam roller (2 mins)
