ANNOUNCEMENT: Yoga is back as of this Sunday (9:30-10:45am), led by our own Cristin Fair! Cost for members is $40 for the 5-week session (payment by cash or through Wodify), or $15 cash for a drop-in.

OPEN GYM will follow Yoga throughout May, 10:45am-12:30pm. 

Strength

Clean & Jerk Complex 2 (1 complex every 2 mins for 14 mins)

Each complex/rep = 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Jerks (choice push/split)

Ascend weight if form is good. Try to end a bit heavier if you performed this on 4/13. Record heaviest set(s)

Conditioning

AMRAP 12 minutes:

12 Alternating Barbell Front Rack Lunges* (NOT walking) (95/65)
6 Toes to Bar
3 DB Man Makers
