2) 12 DB Thrusters (35+/25+)
3) 16 Burpees
4) 20 Tuck-Ups (scale to sit-ups)
5) 1 Minute Max Double-Unders / attempts (REST in remaining minute)

Score is total DUs (record # completed in each round).

Cash-Out / Cool Down

A) Downward/Upward Dog – 1 min

B) Calf Stretch with toes on wall or plate – 1 min/leg

C) Frog Stretch – 2+ minutes
