Snatch Pull + Snatch (8 sets, increase weight if form is good)

1 Rep = 1 snatch pull with pause at knee + 1 (squat) snatch with pause at knee, both from floor if possible

Conditioning

300 M. Row
30 Sit Ups
10 Pistols
1 Handstand Walk (pillar to pillar) or 1 Min. Wall Facing Hold
