then, 1 set Max Reps Strict Pull-Ups (record # for each round)

“Carry On”
AMRAP 15′:
Partner A: 100m DB/KB Farmer’s Carry (2×50 or up, 2×35 or up) [Rail & Back]
Partner B: AMRAP of: 1 Rope Climb***, 5 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats
When Partner A returns from the Farmer’s Carry, they pick up where Partner B left off on the AMRAP. Count your team’s rounds + reps continuously throughout and record this as your score.
***Rope Climb scale: 1 Floor to Standing Get-Up & Lower, OR 10 Ring Rows
