15 Power Snatches (75/55)
200m Sprint

Rest exactly 2:00 between rounds (look at clock when you come in) – record final finish time as your score.

***As rest will allow you to recover, each round should be almost an all-out effort — goal is to go unbroken on snatches (choose a weight that will allow you to do this) and have FAST runs***
