Snatch Pull (Technique Work)

Power Snatch + Snatch Balance (2 complexes EMOM for 8 min)

1 Power Snatch with pause at knees + 1 Snatch Balance (return to standing)

Conditioning

For time:

10-8-6-4-2
DB Snatches – RIGHT
DB Snatches – LEFT

after each round complete a 10 Calorie Row and 1 Sled Push – 1st to 3rd poles (one way, high bars, as heavy as you can go while still moving fast)
