10:00am or immediately following WOD: Farewell to Rupert Potluck Brunch
FRIDAY, AUGUST 28th:
Strength
1) High-Hang Snatch (1 or 2 reps EMOM for 8 mins)
Power and/or squat
2) Snatch Pull Complex (1 or 2 complexes EMOM for 8 mins)
Choose one based on OHS proficiency:
1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS
1 Snatch Pull + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
