Announcement: Open Gym will be held this Sunday, 8/9 from 9:30-11:30am!

Strength

1) Power Snatch + Snatch Balance (EMOM 5 minutes )

EMOM 5 minutes: 1 Power Snatch with pause at knees + 1 Snatch Balance, return to standing

2) Hang Snatch + Snatch

10 minutes to work up to a heavy double. Quick reset after hang snatch.

Conditioning

6 Rounds for Time:

3 Snatch (@ 80% of heaviest hang snatch/snatch combo)

1 round of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)

1 Rope Climb
