1 Clean Complex (below) – find heaviest complex
Barbell Conditioning
In teams of 2 – complete as many rounds of the following Clean Complex as possible in 12 minutes (switch after each round, each partner can only do 1 round at a time):
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Squat Clean
Choose a challenging weight (aim for at least 80% of heaviest reached in EMOM). If partners are not sharing a barbell, each person cannot pick up their barbell until the other person has dropped theirs
