Labor Day Weekend Schedule:
Saturday, 9/5: Normal schedule (8:00am and 9:00am WODs, 10:00am CrossFit Kids) [NOTE: Capital Affiliate League will NOT be held at Inner Loop on Saturday afternoon as originally planned]
Monday, 9/7: WODs will be held at 9:00am and 6:30pm so whether you have the day off or not, hopefully you can join us!
Strength
Snatch Pull + Snatch (1 complex EMOM for 10 min)
Start light, add weight if form is good. If catching in full squat is difficult, may do power snatch and ride down into OH squat
