Bodyweight Strength

EMOM 12 minutes:

MIN 1: Max Unbroken Strict or Weighted Pull-Ups (foot assist if needed)
MIN 2: Inverted Burpee (against wall or freestanding) x 3-5 reps


AMRAP 7 minutes:

5 Deadlifts (275/185)
5 Handstand Push-Ups

HSPU Scaling Options: 1-2 ab mats (max) or Box HSPU
