Weighted Pull-ups (5-3-1)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Four rounds of:

250 meter Row, then with remaining time-

Round 1: AMRAP of 5 Pull ups/5 Thrusters 75/55

Round 2: Burpee Box Jumps

Round 3: AMRAP of 1 Sled Push/5 Push ups

Round 4: Sit ups

Each round is 3 minutes, rest 1 minute between rounds
