CROSSFIT TEENS

  • Strength and conditioning program designed for 12 – 18 year olds
  • Combines age-appropriate weightlifting and body weight movements with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness
  • Establish a lifetime love of fitness, boost self esteem
  • Learn to properly lift weights
  • Physical and mental fortitude to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or out of the gym.
