All regular adult memberships include access to all CrossFit classes, Yoga, and Open Gym

CROSSFIT

All classes are one hour

Monday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:45am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:45am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am

YOGA*

Sun: 9:30-11:00am

OPEN GYM*

Sun: 11:00am-12:30pm

*Yoga and Open Gym are held pending instructor and coach availability; any cancellations are announced through Wodify and our blog


ON-RAMP PROGRAM

Our Private On-Ramp classes are scheduled at your convenience and can start any time! Please see our On-Ramp sign-up page for more details.


CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS

Our Kids and Teens classes are held on a session basis and the days/times are subject to change each session based on our coaches’ schedules and availability. Please see our Kids & Teens page for further details and sign up on that page to subscribe our email list regarding future sessions!
