With a partner, switch approximately every 30 seconds* to complete as many calories/reps as possible in every interval:
4′ – As many calories as possible on the Ski Erg
1′ – REST
4′ – As many calories as possible on the Air Dyne Bike
1′ – REST
4′ – As many Double-Unders as possible
1′ – REST
4′ – As many Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20″) as possible
1′ – REST
Start on any interval, rotate in order. One person working at a time.
*Rx = all movements as prescribed and each partner works at least 4x during each interval (switching every ~30 seconds)
