Conditioning Partner WOD

With a partner, for time:

20 Power Cleans (alternating)
100 Double-Unders (each)
16 Power Cleans
80 Double-Unders
12 Power Cleans
60 Double-Unders
8 Power Cleans
40 Double-Unders
4 Power Cleans
20 Double-Unders

Partners alternate single reps to complete each set of Power Cleans. After each set both partners complete the required number of DUs, working at the same time. Clock stops when both partners finish final set of 20 DUs.

Rx: 155/105
Rx+: 185/125

-Scale barbell weight to a number manageable for 30 individual reps
-Scale DUs to half the number (50/40/30/20/10), or 2x Singles
