Conditioning

“Love Boat”

With a running clock to 25:00…

800m “Floater” Row*** plus AMRAP of:

2 Rounds “Cindy” (Each round = 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats) +
1 Round “DT” (Each round = 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks at 155/105)

The 2 Cindy rounds and 1 DT round equal one “Love Boat” Round. Score is total Love Boat Rounds + additional reps. (For example, if you complete 5 Love Boat Rounds plus 2 additional rounds of Cindy, your score would be 5 rounds + 60 reps.)

***The “Floater” 800m Row may be done at ANY point in the WOD, but all athletes MUST start the row before the 20:00 mark. Strategize as needed to ensure you’re not stuck waiting for an open rower at the 20 min mark!

Scale movements and barbell weight as needed (all DT movements at same weight), share barbells as appropriate

Cool-Down

5 mins. Recovery Stretching (athletes’ choice)
