CFIL has a record-number *73* athletes signed up for the Open this year! Teams for our second annualĀ Intramural Open have been formed; athletes should be hearing from their team leader soon about team names and t-shirt orders!


Weightlifting

Every 90 seconds, for 8 rounds (12 minutes): 2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Snatch. Quick reset between reps.

Focus on hitting the positions, building in sets of 2. First two sets at ~70%, build to ~85% (or a moderately heavy weight that you are still confident in hitting)

WOD

“Target Practice”

EMOM 15′ (5x through):

1- 2 Squat Snatches @ 75%
2- 15 Ball Slams (mod. weight)
3- 40 Double-Unders

Record Snatch weight used (must be same weight all sets). Rx = no misses

Scale to Power Snatch / fewer DU’s per minute or SU’s
