Minute 3: 5 MU transitions OR 5-8 reps of most difficult ring rows (feet on box if possible)

Minute 1: 3 Rope Climbs*
Minute 2: 15 KB Swings (choose wt)
Minute 3: 8 DB Snatch (choose wt)
Minute 4: 45 sec Max Calorie Air Dyne
Minute 5: Rest

*Scale to as many climbs/pulls as you can do in 1 min
(may start at any station, but follow in the same order, i.e., always taking resting minute after the air dyne station and before the rope climbs)
