Strength

Weighted Pull-ups (3 reps E2MOM for 8 mins (4 sets))

Scale to: Bodyweight, Assisted w/ 1 foot on a box, or use short bar w/ feet on floor

Conditioning

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes — get & record time for each of the 5 rounds:

Run 200m
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
Run 100m
2 Rope Climbs*

*Scale to 8 Body Rows (barbell on rack, pull body to bar)

CORE / MOBILITY CASH-OUT
21-15-9 (seconds) of:
Hollow Hold
L-Sit Hold

then, Lat Smash with lax ball (2 min/side)
