Strength

Deadlift (4 x 9 @ 50-55%)

Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 rounds):

9 Deadlifts @ 50-55% of 1RM (should be 5-10 lbs more than last week)
40 ft. Walking Lunge w/ DBs (hold at sides – suggested 35+/25+)

*40 ft = 1st to 3rd pole on turf

Conditioning

15 American KB Swings (53/35)
10 Goblet Squats (same KB)
5 Push-Ups
