80 Box Jump-Overs (24/20)
80 Deadlifts (185/135)
800m Run (together)
80 Deadlifts
80 Box Jump-Overs
80 Calorie Row

Switch every 10-20 reps/calories on all movements (except run)


2-3 Rounds (rest as needed):
30 seconds Flutter Kicks*
30 seconds Prisoner Superman Hold (hands crossed behind head)

*Be sure to keep neutral spine/lower back pressed into ground on these
