New cycle of lifts begins this week with Mondays now being Back Squats. This is a new variation of squats for most of our athletes so we will be drilling technique and will all be following a linear progression in terms of weight.
Back Squat (3 x 5 at same weight )
Be sure to get in 2-3 warm-up sets before reaching your working weight

12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#
6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
