Bench Press (8-7-6-8 @ 20X1 tempo)

Push the weight on every set but not to failure. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Record weight used for second set of 8 — goal is to end heavier than you started.

Partner A: 20 Single Arm DB Push Press (alternate as desired) + 80 ft. DB Suitcase Walking Lunge (change hands at halfway point)

Partner B: Row for meters

Keep monitor running and record total meters completed as a pair.
