Back Squat (3×5 same weight – add 5-10 lbs from last week)

Be sure to get in a few warm-up sets before reaching working weight

Conditioning

3 Hang Power Clean
2x each leg – Front Rack Reverse Lunges
1 Push Press/Jerk
4 Lateral Jump Burpees
rest 30 seconds

Rx = 115/75
Rx+ = 135/95
