Oly Lifting – Technique

Push Jerk + Split Jerk (E2MOM 10 mins)

Technique and footwork practice – all sets at ~50% jerk 1RM

Oly Lifting – Strength & Conditioning

Clean and Jerk (5 x 3)

3 reps E3MOM for 15 minutes. Quick reset between reps (you do not need to hold onto bar but you should not be resting between reps). Build to heaviest set you can manage while still keeping properĀ form on all reps.


AMRAP 3 minutes:
Ball Slams (35+/25+)
