Conditioning Partner WOD
With a partner, complete for time:
30 KB Swings
30 Burpees Over KB
100m (4 lengths turf) OH Plate Walking Lunge
200m Run w/ Plate (together – take turns holding)
30 Ball Slams
30 Sit-Ups w/ Slam Ball (hold against chest)
Everyone starts and ends with an 800m Run together, the three couplets may be done in any order. Everything except runs are 1 person working at a time, divide how you wish!
There are no prescribed weights – just choose a KB, Plate, and Slam Ball that you and your partner can both handle
