AMRAP 20 minutes:
Run 400m together (passing 8-10 lb med ball), then:
4x through the following (2x each partner, alternating):
5 Toes to Bar (scale: hanging knee raises)
10 DB Snatch
15 Ball Slams
While one partner is working, the other partner performs 10 burpees (scale: 7 burpees).
After all work is completed, return to 400m run to begin second round.
Score is total completed rounds + reps (burpees don’t count against reps). Count 1 rep for every 100m of the run in the last round.
