With a partner, for time (30′ CAP):
80 Calorie Bike
80 Pull-Ups (scale: Jumping Pull-Ups if done correctly, or Ring Rows)
80 Box Jump-Overs (24/20) (scale: Box Step-Overs)
80 Sit-Ups
80 Thrusters (75/55) (scale weight to one you can do 10+ reps consecutively)
80 Double-Unders (scale: 160 Single-Unders)
All reps are divided as desired — one person working at a time, switch as needed. Start on any movement but rotate in order.
