-Handstand Push-Ups
Conditioning — Partner WOD
AMRAP 18 minutes:
10 Hang Power Cleans (Rx: 115/75)
5 Shoulder to Overhead (same weight)
100m Sprint (rail & back)
Switch off by rounds (must tag partner to complete the switch), rest while partner is working. Record total rounds/reps completed as a team.
