“Tag Team”

5 x 3:00 work, 2:00 rest

In teams of 2, with only one teammate working at any time, complete each of the 5 intervals for MAX REPS AS A TEAM***:

3′ Deadlifts (95/65)
Rest 2′

3′ Power Cleans (95/65)
Rest 2′

3′ Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
Rest 2′

3′ Burpees over the Bar
Rest 2′

3′ Thrusters (95/65)

Same BB for ALL movements. Must TAG HANDS to switch whether you are using the same BB as your partner or not

***Partners should be switching frequently, at least every 15 seconds, keeping intensity as high as possible
