Conditioning Partner WOD
For Time (40′ CAP):
Partners alternate TASKS to complete 10 total rounds of:
10 Pull-Ups (scale: Ring Rows)
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
400m Run
Partner A will perform 10 Pull-Ups, then Partner B will complete 10 Burpee Box Jumps, then Partner A will run 400m. When Partner A completes the run, this is 1 Round. Partner B will now begin the 10 Pull-Ups, and so on until the pair has completed a total of 10 Rounds. May sub 500m Row in case of weather / injury
