Who’s ready to test their max sled push today?!


1 RM Sled Push (20 minutes to perform max 3 attempts )

Max weight sled push from 1st to 3rd poles (one-way), without stopping, with GOOD FORM (flat back). If sled stops moving forward at any point it is a no-rep! (Judge/cheer for one another)

Use only the two heavier sleds, and record only the weight ADDED to the sled, do not include sled weight.

Record heaviest successful sled push!


Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 rounds), complete 1 round of “Cindy” at max speed:

5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats

Get your time for each round, and record your SLOWEST interval as your score.
